Pros

Only things that so many have said in earlier posts already…. Yes, you get paid, salary is reasonable, you get health and retirement benefits, you have your own office with a window, facilities are nice and modern, and coffee is free. Who cares? Every other company offers the same thing.

Cons

Way too many to list

Pros

They have decent benefits, a flexible work schedule, nice fitness center and even a pool.

Cons

Culture has changed drastically since new president stepped in. Significant layoffs, long-time employees quitting, and fear of more cuts creates a terrible work environment. Execs have shifted focus solely on increasing short term profits via layoffs/cost cutting and have provided no plan for the future. There is little hope for career growth now. I completely agree with the earlier 2016 reviews, they are spot on!

Not a Normal Way to do Business

Pros

There are benefits that are pretty average for the area.

Cons

Bizarre company. Built a huge expensive building, added on to the building with even more lavish accommodations including a three-story wall of water and waterfall, huge gym, yoga/dance studio. Built a separate natatorium with a 5 lane pool. Built a multi million dollar "corporate center" that 98% of the employees do not use nor are even allowed in. All of that money could have been spent positioning the company for the future by smart recruiting of talent. Then the leadership changes, nearly half the company is laid-off, fear and distrust rampant, the remaining talent starts leaving. Nepotism, sucking -up and belonging to the good old boys golf club are the only ways to get ahead. Glassdoor ratings plummet. Now, two years into this supposed tightening to run the business better with P&L being the priority, the pool is still operating, the yoga instructor is still employed, personal trainers still there. Big expensive building with only 1/5 of it being used. Yet valuable long term once-loyal employees are forced out for speaking out against the insanity. And more money is being spent to open up offices around the world. Oh, and that company that was purchased....seems that the owner is friends with that owner. Hm.
