semi flexible working hours interesting subjects new challenges everyday Every Job in the Engineering department is crucial for the company The team is really nice, friendly. The team welcomes innovation and best practices The Off-sites are quiet good The team is international The company is growing even during these hard times economically remote working is allowed
Cons
Sometimes there are urgencies that come up and require dealing with; sometimes these ASAP tasks require a week' work. This interrupts the work the engineers were already working on (especially ML Engineers). This is occurring less and less lately.

Pros
The people at Mindee are amazing people to work with. Everyone is great at what they do, humble, focused, and there is a great energy in the office. The mangement team is very strategic, which reduces the volatility that one typically experiences in a startup and keeps everyone focused on the company goals.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons!
