Working at Milestone Retirement has been a rewarding experience. When I first joined the team, I was simply looking for a job, but what I found was a purpose and life project. From day one, the leadership team made me feel valued. The Strategy Director took the time to understand my career goals and helped create a pathway to achieve them. The mentorship from the National Director of Transitions I've received has been invaluable - my colleagues are always willing to share their knowledge and support my growth.

There’s a lot of autonomy here, which is empowering, but it might feel overwhelming for someone who prefers more structured guidance
