A select few favorites within HR that have corrupted the organization need to go. They make for a horrible work environment, have horrible reputations themselves, & overall cast a shadow on Milacron & their affiliates/subsidiaries. There is one individual that should have never been promoted, period. She is Milacron's cancer, and most would know who I'm referring to. There's that saying, "A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee, and the remainder to lose all motivation."

The culture is horrific due to various ownership changes over the last decade or so. The vast majority of the company has dedicated their lives to this company and will suffer for it due to cost and retirement cutbacks! Too often I've seen the horse put before the cart and everyone just expects you to deal with it or figure it out because that's the way they learned. Not acceptable!!! Can't retain people from younger generations because they don't value new people. New hires are usually underpaid.
