Pros

Good pay and benefits. Provided some fun company wide events.

Cons

Poor leadership. Seems to be a hire fire company. I had 3 new supervisors in a one year period. Appears to be financially unstable.

Pros

The mission. Improving soil health to improve the quality of food grown. Company size allows for employees voices to be heard and management is receptive to feedback. Opportunities to move around within the company.

Cons

Location. While it's beautiful, it's 30-45 minutes outside of Madison. Not many perks. While progressive within the industry, company culture and values do not center around employee wellbeing. Seasonal fluctuations in workload (work life balance during spring and fall seasons isn't great).
