Good hours. That's all I have found. If there's anything else it hasn't ever showed up.
Cons
Management lies, plays favorites and doesn't know how to supervise Thier employees. Lazy employees and management doesn't see it excuse they stay in the office and never interact with the hourly.
I can not think of any pros. They pay above average however steal it back through crappy insurance. Oh yea you get a discount on phone service through the post office, I guess this qualifies as a pro.
Cons
New manager/safety director could not manage a soup kitchen much less a trucking company.
They force 401k and do not match.
Company has been busted by Department of Labor 5 years in a row for skimming paychecks.
They do not care about your health or mental state.
Equipment is junk.
I have seen manager violate fmcsa hos rules and brag about it.
STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worn out equipment-average truck mileage 1,000,000mi+. Invested in other 600,000 mile worn out vehicles.
Impossible to contact management.
Unreal expectations from the company. 16 hr layovers 3x a week for 45 hrs pay for being gone 90 hrs/week. EXPENSIVE medical.
