The ability to make money was great some months when there was a lot of traffic coming in and out.
Cons
The income was very unstable. A few months I made around $1,200 those months working over 220 hours each month. But, then some months I made over $8,000, $9,000. So the bad months averaged out the good months to make it a decent income. I enjoyed most coworkers and most management.
I loved that the location was close to home and when this location first opened there were plenty of new customers coming through the door.
Cons
Pay-Plans subject to frequent unannounced change. Job descriptions and titles constantly shifted as well. Bonuses set to be achievable under 1% conditions and if you met the conditions be prepared to fight hard to get paid.
