Pros
The wages are fair and some of the positions you may be cross-trained in. Clean and professional working environment. I found management and higher ups to be polite and accommodating to whatever you may need.
Cons
The only downside would be to hire more employees for coverage. If one or two people are out and it's busy, it definitely sets everyone behind.

Pros
MicroSolv pays for 100% benefits and offers a very nice vacation package. The environment is very nice for all the employees work together as a team and really help each other succeed. It has a family feel where it is comfortable to be yourself and feel like your really apart of something great! Upper management really shows they care about the companies growth as well as your own personal advancement in life of each employee. Fair wages are offered way above market.
Cons
The company works very lean with few employees so when there is a person out it could be hard to cover or take off days you may want.
