Good Salary Good Office Locations Good autonomy on projects from some team leaders

Cliquey Some people in the organisation have got their position by treading all over other people The management have a very eccentric and outdated view that their technology (particularly Aptitude is going to take over the world) but their is very poor take-up out their in the market Heavy cost cutting, shutting of offices and redundancies as the majority of people are treated as disposable commodities No investment or training

helped pay off student loan workied with a great team - made some life long friends

Cons

was just awful management had no idea what they were doing - under the illusion they are presidents of microsoft...not microgen! treated employees as commodities not people
