      Great opportunity to learn healthcare software sales, but lots of disorganization

      - learn healthcare software sales (foot in the door in lucrative roles) - Should make over 6 figures in AE role - 85-90% remote, work from anywhere, with occasional travel maybe 10-12 times per year

      Cons

      - zero training on a complex software - incomprehensible amount of disorganization and lack of SOPs - lack of access to appropriate SMEs within company - New leadership brought 30% added value and 70% added headache, overall decreasing work/life experience without increasing sales. - Small company, no room for growth - PTO and Federal holidays need to be increased a little, also health coverage benefits are poor
