Thanks for your feedback. The positives confirm what we are doing well and the negatives give me an opportunity to check out what and where we can improve as they cause me concern. As a result of a major acquisition activity, teams inevitably go through change which creates many exciting challenges. People adjust and adapt to change on a personal level in very different ways. We are all unique in that regard. However, growth is in the Micro Focus DNA and we will continue to actively seek these challenges. People who excel at Micro Focus are people who can embrace change along the way. The company continues to invest in people at every level to enable them to do an excellent job. Sales quotas are high but in turn we develop our teams to focus on the actions needed to be successful so targets become stimulating yet achievable.
