      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, Fantastic PTO, Job stability.

      Cons

      Departments are not run equal, supervisors are in positions they are not qualified for. There is not much growth opportunity working with Meyn, most likely the position you are hired for, you will be working in that position for as long as you work for Meyn. Job descriptions have not been updated in years and you will most likely have much more responsibility than your job description states.

      Pros

      Once a good family oriented company with great people and culture

      Cons

      Parent company CTB has eroded the culture and only cares about the bottom line not the people - it is a shame to see the destruction happening to a once great culture

      Pros

      The only pros to this company would be the benefits dental, vision, health they're OK. The PTO was great but they changed it it's still fair but that's about all that's decent with this company.

      Cons

      Poor pay, they have people in management positions that don't have a clue, and don't care about there people. Good workers leave because they don't get compensated for their performance.
