Not so good for QA engineers
Pros
Interesting products involved, a lot of potential for QA engineers, wide field of testing, EMC testing, functional testing, system testing, etc. QA engineers are participating in the testing in cooperation with European laboratories. Lunch included.
Cons
With all that potential for QA, team was overcrowded with tasks for sales team like preparing tender's documentation, support, escalation. So many times team members were sent to long trip (more than 6 hours of one way driving) without covered expenses (gasoline, food, toll) and they were waiting more than month for refunds. Company goals were often changed depending of gossips on the market. Offices are not stimulating environment at all, location also. Very bad relationship between employees.
