      Great purpose - Poor direction

      Pros

      Purpose to help independent retail is motivating

      Cons

      Doesn't understand that it is a wholesaler not a retailer - wastes resources on plannograms and strategies for a retail network that doesn't use it. Part of the business is progressive and inclusive - part is like a 70's comedy with outdated management practices, rife incompetency and lack of accountablity.
