Work life balance is pretty much it.

There has been a very high level of senior executive turnover recently (CEO, CTO, CIO, Chief Strategy & Transformation all resigned) - rampant rumors of something big not going well. Company lacks vision and is exponentially falling behind their main competitors There are many factions with their own agendas playing politics. Promotions and pay raises are not based on merit. The tech there is what would be considered industry standard two decades ago. There has been multiple "restructuring" of departments recently and drastic costing cutting.
