      didn't find any good in Meru cabs.

      Cons

      Politics starts with hiring the talent . (TL or Manager hire a less skilled people as they have fear to lose jobs and position if they hire more talented guys. ), usually, manager hire their relatives and close friends for the job. Note: if you hired recently in software development team most likely you are not up-to the mark for that position.

      Good salary at mid management level, PE ventured company, good brand name in the taxi business,

      Cons

      Pathetic work culture, sector is not yet known as industry. Management does not know anything about this business so keeps on experimenting, still not able to figure out business model to run this business, Lot of intervention from PE even in the day to day operations. They feel that they know this business well than any other person.
