Pros

Real stuff, you'll be good at the job(but will come at the cost of hair loss and hypertension) Money was good but you can make $20K more at GM or Ford.

Cons

Sure, you'll be great at the job but you will not be recognized. -Blame games are super strong at this place. -If you are a pretty lookin' lady, you've all of a sudden got so much over the guys. -Few individuals are definitely on a power trip and want to use their newly acquired position/status to make peoples' lives miserable. Furthermore, -Your work will not be appreciated, if you found savings opportunities, you wont get pat on the back but rather a more ridiculous and unrealistic savings target. -The company believed in 2.5% YOY savings target, which is just an unrealistic target to achieve. -Lack of communication between department probably just like any other place. -Upper management always ends up being the savior/hero, Buyers who bust the butts will not get squat. -There are also groups of bullies that will treat college kids like absolute crap. Purchasing sucks everywhere but this place is just the worst. Absolute nightmare.

Pros

none none none none. especially being the fact that they probably somehow manipulated my review from 2 months ago being that I saw my own review 3 weeks ago and I log on today and it's gone

Cons

-poor pay -40% salary cut during COVID-19...then 20%...then 10%....with no promise of ever regaining your money back. Other local companies have done such but taking it as a loan WITH INTEREST. Please take the positive reviews here with an EXTREMELY large grain of salt as they have a team of PR individuals who scan the internet abyss for bad reviews of their precious company

Pros

Room for advancement. Good pay and good benefits. Flexible

Cons

Corporate culture is non-existent. You can feel the depression setting in every day as you walk into corporate. Gray walls and carpeting, outdated posters, etc. Upper level management is essentially a "boys club." If you kiss up enough you can be promoted. Promotions are not based on your actual skill level. Plenty of employees who currently work there who should not have jobs there. Work until you die mentality. Some employees who aren't even in upper level management work 12 hours a day. General mentality that since the company is paying you good you get to be treated like garbage. Cut-throat and dog eat dog mentality. Lots of miscommunication and cross-functional teams are non existent. You will constantly be on edge working here. Work/life balance non existent.
