Pros
The pay was decent and I didn't have to work weekends.
Cons
This is truly a family owned operation with different family members all thoughout upper management, sales, and customer service. If you weren't family they really didn't make you feel wanted. There was always a sense of 'at anytime and for any reason' they could just let you go. And they also dictated who got which type of leads. All the best leads went to their vets.
