Pros
Good diversity and inclusion. No discrimination at all based on race/ethnicity/gender/orientation. This, in my opinion, is the only pro of working at Mercedes-Benz Canada. Literally.
Cons
low pay If you get a yearly raise, it will be far less than inflation Lack of advancement opportunities Really poor job security. Layoffs year after year, even with record profits.
