There's often very few customers willing to give you their time of day, despite quite pressuring sales targets each day, and the managers can be unforgiving at times.
Ultimately left because the management refused to pay me holiday rates despite having worked a holiday. Received multiple phone calls telling me how dissapointed they were that I'd "betray the family" by telling other employees that they should be receiving holiday rates, and belittled me for doing so after "all they'd done for me".
