      Good product, bad leadership

      Pros

      The product, people in the team, and technology are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't know what they are doing. They don't know how to talk to people, attract customers and talk to investors. They act like they know everything and treat their workers like they are replaceable.

      Amazing people in teams, other team leads are ready to step up and help,

      Treating people with "you're replaceable" attitude, expecting you to be absolutely devoted and independent, not providing feedback and then saying the quality is subpar

      Pros

      Nice colleagues. Opportunity to work on many different projects Relatively recent tech stack to some extends.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Lots of promises. Lack of aknowledgement. Good people are letting let go or fired. People are just here to build projects, and seniority irrelevant. Anyone can be replaced. No business knowledge.
