      Pros

      Melton was an amazing place to work. The companies commitment to a work life balance and quality of life for its employees is like non other. I worked there for 8 years I will miss the work and the employees. One of the unique aspects of Melton is that the owner is constantly trying to improve the company both for the employees and customers.

      Cons

      I think there are down sides to every job. But they really have nothing to do with Melton they are more industry specific. Any body would be lucky to work at melton.
