Pros

Its near Grand Central in NYC. That's it.

Cons

Worst executive team i've ever experienced in 15 years of my career. Biased, and hiring is conducted with discrimination against many nationalities, no HR intervention. 65+ hour work weeks, for many, many weeks straight. Employees asked to work through the night, weekends, and there is no positive encouragement. Staff layoffs every year, and no respect for employees in any way. I've personally seen people used as scapegoats and fired, who were literally the best employees ever. Contractors are worked until they drop, literally.

Pros

Forces you to look for a new employer!!! (Best thing I ever did)

Cons

No diversity or inclusion. HR needs training. Culture is terrible and Dysfunctional, miserable work environment One of the most poorly run and organized groups that I've encountered. It's only a sweatshop because of VERY mismanaged workloads and they NEVER learn from their mistakes. They loose business and staff constantly and don't admit that it just may be them!! Run from this place....like so many of us have done Turnover is excessive, and no one regrets getting out; only why they didn't do it sooner. Worst executive team i've ever experienced in 15 years of my career. Biased, and hiring is conducted with discrimination against many nationalities, no HR intervention.

Pros

We were lucky to have coworkers that are fun to work with even the ones coming in. The sad part is they also leave after a couple of weeks.

Cons

Jobs can pile up so high that we couldn't finish what needs to be done in a day's shift. We had to work past our shifts, but even so, we still couldn't get everything done completely. And though we've been telling the management to get more people for the position, they still don't get enough numbers and the new hires would end up leaving because of too much stress.
