Pros

- Some original talent and great people still working there

Cons

- Unstable and uncertain future for all employees due to changing 'company vision' - C level management unapproachable and unfriendly, do not care for employees. - No company wide unification between multiple merged companies - Company no longer has the direction and commitment to succeed - Bottom line is the only consideration for any major decisions

Bad Management

Pros

Laid back culture, generally cool people, exciting work, global opportunities

Cons

Management is just awful. I really get the impression that the higher up you go in this company, the less you actually do. I had 2 awful managers in a row. Both of whom had no idea how to provide guidance or direction. Neither seemed invested in my success or growth, and one of them was simply impossible to communicate with. This place is a great stepping stone if you want to learn about the digital ad ecosystem and that's about it. Unless you can find a manager who knows how to actually manage... it's a hard place to grow and get promoted.

Not the best place

Pros

Nothing really comes to my mind

Cons

Place is very very hectic and unorganized. Pay is under par too. Everyone is focused in on themselves and will never go out of their way to help you People talk in Hebrew in the NYC office non stop. They say its not about you but why even break into another language if not talking about someone else in the office. Nothing is ever planned out in advance and requires a lot of internal struggles to get simple things done The culture here is “Instead of going to the direct source of the problem lets ask everyone else around and about the issue first. After we get a better idea we’ll ask more people than come to a conclusion instead of just asking the person directly”
