Pros
Remote work environment, vacation benefits are good. Easy to manage work-life-balance.
Cons
There isn't a real company culture. Training, onboarding, and consistency in thorough management communications have been ongoing issues. You are expected to know without knowing; very confusing, lack of leadership accountability at the top. Pay practices are unfair. Not all departments or individuals received the same comp structure for merit pay. The CFO is inconsistent with allocating fair pay to long term employees - raises questions around pervasive favortism.
