There's a lot to be said about Compile Inc. and its people. People with whom I've shared my time living, laughing, playing and debugging. From late-night sessions to the joyous Game Nights with Serein, which by the way, was always won by my team **so proud** I've gained friends and experiences here that I will carry forward with me. My time has been special and speaks volumes about the relationship Compile boasts with the sum of its parts. I've felt that I was put first and my well being mattered as much as my performance. And this element of Compile DNA has made sure that I will always look fondly upon my time here So what do I have to say as I part ways, well, I don't know? I would say, keep moving forward, gently, with everyone, like you always have. Keep moving forward pushing the envelope, day by day, making a mark against the Big Boys of Pharma. Because while others may shed billions pushing products, No amount of money would buy what Compile gives to its employees, people and customers. The experience, of being part of a family, a team, a clan, A fire buddy. I wish everyone at Compile all the best in their endeavour to change peoples' lives And I hope our paths cross again in the future Thank you everyone for being there for me.
