      Don’t keep up promises

      Pros

      Culture between employee and company were good. CEO is very friendly we can meet and share him at anytime on anything personally and officially

      Cons

      Did not pay PF for past 1.5 year. Deducted from employees but not credited. Deducted variable pay from salary but did not credit to employees.

      Ability to learn new things on day-to-day activities. Exposure is high when compared other corporate giants. Real time challenges makes one a stronger resource in a shorter time

      Cons

      Challenges are more frequent, at times there isn't enough time to resolve.
