The team I work with has worked on a single client with a deep dive into a complex internal tool over almost a year of work. This is unusual for an agency and feels like a luxury. Everyone in the office likes working to deliver and there is a solid focus on consistently improving our process and results.

Cons

We have some process things to improve. There have been a few people who have come and gone over the last year.
