Pros
Good hours most of the time, they give employees a lot of responsibility and freedom. Many opportunities to move up in the industry.
Cons
After years of employment I've watched many other new employees with less training less work ethic and less experience gather more certifications and pay bumps that me. Lower pay rates than most other companies.
