      Family Business (No need to elaborate further on this)

      Pros

      First time working as a trademark attorney for this family run business. Everything seemed ok at first until they showed their true colors. At least my coworkers were nice.

      Cons

      A family-run business, what else to expect? Nepotism, check. Bad management, check. Horrible morale, check. Favoritism based on how much boot you lick, check. No career growth or raises, check, Workload increase without compensation, check. No culture, support, and lack of accountability. Management is in cahoots with CEOs so unfortunately I do not think anything will change.
