workers are treated crappy and yelled at by people who use not being "politically correct" as an excuse to be racist, sexist and abusive to workers. I walked in on senior managment mis racist joke. Good ol boys. Surrounded by mediocre.

Pros

I have worked for MRCM for three years and have nothing but the utmost respect. I am not a manager, I am part of the administration team working to help all employees to the best of my ability. It can be a very busy environment, but management will always reach out a helping hand when needed. There is always room to grow in the company and my co-workers will always assist in helping you succeed.

Cons

Some days it can get very busy which makes it challenging especially with changes throughout the company.
