Pros
People at Mallow are highly skilled with Azure and colleagues are willing to help each other when needed. Mallowians have monthly dinners and activities together and they are important to keep the vibe good since people work remotely a lot and work in different projects. Benefits are great, compensation is on par or above with the market.
Cons
If compared to larger companies, there are certain issues with small companies, like career opportunities etc. are not endless.
