There isn't a single reason to work here, except to have a job and get underpaid.
Cons
Where to start, there's been so many changes in the company, the company has faced bankruptcy more times than one can count. Employees are often forced to work long hours, without any extra paid. Senior Management often mismanages timelines, forcing impossibly tight deadlines with little regard for their employees. Don't even bother stating your opinion unless your in Management no one wants to hear your ideas.
