      Pros

      A very competitive salary great bonus, shares, and pension together with a healthy healthcare contribution. Great offices with a fantastic setup and a hybrid working model. Multiple opportunities to travel to all the regions. The diversity in the office is extensive and the people really do make a difference, learned so much in such a short space of time, and everyone is ultra-respectful.

      A friendly and collaborative environment to work in. Fair pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      - Communication from the senior team is very slow. - Senior management aggressively push out positive messages despite consistent issues, financial losses and numerous rounds of redundancies. - Many staff have left and not been replaced, leaving those who remain with ever increasing workloads and no fewer deadlines & KPIs to meet.
