Pros

If you like to tiptoe on eggshells around leadership, then this is a great place for you.

Cons

The grapevine is gospel. Double standards everywhere. Inconsistent discipline policy. Lots of favortism. The employees are great. Management needs looked into if they want to continue to grow.

Horrible leadership

Pros

Co-workers are wonderful, a real tight knit group of employees. Good amount of vacation time.

Cons

Absolutely horrible management. You're set up for failure and expected to make the best of the situation. Trucks are horrible, tools are lacking, guidance is non existent. Job security is minimal because management is fire happy, because its easier to blame subordinates rather than to take responsibility for a poorly ran organization.

Nepotism

Pros

Can't think of any thing

Cons

They like to terminate employees in retaliation to legitimate complaints against upper management. As well as everyone that person was friends with while working there.
