      None that I can think of, truly the worst job experience I have ever had.

      Cons

      Magnify Digital's CEO is extremely difficult to work with and for. She has insanely high expectations of her employees, but refuses to teach, train, or give constructive feedback on the work you are doing. You will be gaslit in team meetings, talked down to, and feel like you are wasting your time with every project you work on. Magnify Digital has lost several employees within a short span of a couple months, all for the same reasons.

      The CEO & The CTO do not understand technology. They are a set of balloon-headed jokers. Certain employees are very loyal to the management, to earn their salary

      we pity those clients of this company! These folks are for sure a big waste of money for them.
