Worst Management culture in the Industry!

Paid every week for salary employees.

Cons

Run like a prison from the top down. No support or training provided by Direct Supervisor. They brush certain LARGE issues under the rug. Berates employees in front of other employees (Management does this as regular practice). Floor employees are good for the most part. Management is solely responsible for the toxic culture & they don't understand that they are the problem...not the regular employees.

fun at first, then you get beaten up daily, no feedback.

Cons

no job security, they fire everybody, unless you have a connection to the family. watch your back 24/7, they listen to the wrong people. no trust.

some good co-workers. good benefits package. sometimes a good work environment but that can change at the tip of a cap.

Cons

management/supervisors lack knowledge of business and what the job takes. neglects employees, and do childish things to get there way to look good to upper management. all about who you know or getting on a big wigs good side if you wanna move up in the company, a lot of politics and upper management doesnt seem to know about it.
