Pay and location is not as a great as other software companies.

The pros escape me as not many employees appeared happy in the business - very clicky environment
Cons
No leadership or management and employees pidgeon-holed in dead-end positions with no signs of personal progression or company growth. I will avoid all Writtle Group Holding companies in the future.

We had to make some tough decisions following the loss of a client to protect the wider business and I can appreciate those staff members left unhappy due to specific redundancies.
