Pros
Overall - good group of workers. Flagstaff is overpriced, but it is pretty. College town, tough to meet a decent single girl that's not going NAU.
Cons
Pay does not reflect the cost of living for Flagstaff. There is a "good old boy" network. Get in the club and you'll be overpayed. Management does not use common sense. As one review states, everyone is a firefighter. Common manufacturing practices are not used. Common precision assembly practices are ignored. Results are customer returns which cost the company thousands each month. No matter how much evidence is provided to show that correct change is needed, if it doesn't come from one of the good old boys, it's literally laughed at. Flagstaff is a very nice town, but it's not known for manufacturing. If you have experience already and want to move to a western mountian town, try Colorado instead.
