      Great co-workers, and good weekly work schedule

      Cons

      The company was a joy to work for, until ownership, and leadership changed. What used to feel like a family atmosphere, has turned into a culture of distrust, micromanagement, and miscommunication.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Allows young/new engineers to build confidence in their work while receiving the proper guidance from senior engineers. A progressive company in terms of elevating its standards for design practices

      Cons

      I honestly have no cons for this company. If I hadn't left for personal reasons, I would still be there.
