They don’t offer part time employment
Dress code only applies to the call center, other departments don’t follow it
Attendance policy sucks, no sick or personal time, if you have young kids RUN, you get points for being ill even w/ a Drs note
Micro-managed, you’ll be IM’ed and emailed for the most silly things, no adult needs to ask permission to leave there desk or be asked why they are at the bathroom long
Favoritism- people who do no work and never get in trouble, others are bullies and management ignores this or downplays it even when employees file complaints
Expected to do/ learn additional tasks but no pay increase or promotions for it
Toxic, negative, draining work environment
Unfairness- hired new employee gave position to them that coworkers weren’t even aware was open
No advancement opportunities
High turnover rate- multiple new hires quit some after just a week or 2
Busy call center, always short staffed
No employee appreciation/ employees over worked and under valued
