      Company truck can be used for personal use for a minimal monthly fee

      Cons

      Long hours with plenty of travel away from home working with upset and struggling franchise owners who just want quality products delivered to them in a reasonable amount of time. Back orders are out of control and tool storage products no longer meet quality, fit, and finish like they used to before moving the tool box factory to Pennsylvania
