      A Good Company Not Willing to Accept Hard Truths

      Pros

      MSM is a good company that does good work. The IT department and technology development is innovative. Pay is competitive and benefits are great.

      Cons

      The management team is stagnant and unwilling to change, grow and adapt. They allow toxic managers to hold teams back because change is hard. They create policies and programs to make employees "feel" that they are being supported and advanced while not actually doing that. There is no growth. I took a toxic manager quiz and my manager ticked off every single box. I made my reasons for leaving known. A former coworker told me the culture changed. When I applied for an opening, I was contacted by a VP who told me they hadn't changed that much.

      Office is new and space is nice

      Cons

      Family run business where bias is shown, compensation is low, management does not appreciate their employees, relationships with clients are not well maintained resulting in a loss of business, HR is unprofessional, upper management shows very little leadership
