Benefits are not great Compensation is way below average Some "managers" do not get bonuses or even fair OT compensation to make up for lack of bonus - get paid at half-time. Shaving policy makes it difficult to hire and keep good employees Minimal holidays Raises are well below average - 2-3%. Your direct manager may recommend a 5% raise and then HR/Upper management cut it just because. Used to give employees some morale boosts - like free turkey or gift card - now nothing It's hard to get approvals on even small items. Too many "approvers" so getting anything done is time-consuming. Too much micro-managing.
