      Pros

      Working with some of the most brilliant minds in the whole world. Strong compensation for a postdoc (can't complain). Very healthy culture (though it could differ by group). Very helpful office/technical staffs.

      Cons

      Access to food (cafeteria or a shop with long working hours) is very poor. Too small.
