You can expect toxic leadership, false promises and there is little to no room for growth. Don't expect a raise and pay rates are well below market rate for the majority of employees. Some employees were surviving off one meal a day. When the ERC suggested an internal food pantry to address the issue leadership was more concerned with optics and not wanting to look as though they didn't pay their employees enough so the idea was shot down. The leadership will add more to your workload, won't give you a raise and still expect you to continue to cover whatever they throw at you. If you dare to question it your inquiries are relayed as threatening. They boast about treating employees as family and caring but that is only true for one or two managers. Depending on who employees work for and who they are friends with they are allowed to be rude, nasty, mean and condescending to other employees with no repercussions. There are employees that will bully others and certain leadership will gas light you to make it seem as though it is your fault because you make your boundaries known. There is a lot of finger pointing but little to no accountability. Sales is pointing at delivery and delivery is pointing at sales meanwhile the employees are suffering because no money is being made.
