      workplace culture was unfortunately toxic and unprofessional, There was a lack of fairness and accountability, as hardworking employees were often overlooked while those who created conflicts or engaged in gossip were rewarded. The environment ultimately became discouraging and demotivating, leading to the loss of talented and dedicated staff
