Friendly company, good benefits, wants employees to get ahead in their program

Cons

Office politics, very small = lots of responsibilities not suited for engineering, communication skills lacking, management skills lacking, lots of office gossip, no raises unless promoted, any problems with higher ups will go nowhere with HR, no division between seniority, rushed deadlines (sometimes working on weekends is needed)
