Pros
Great people to work with. Interview process was straight-forward and honest. Salary is competitive. Great benefits package. Very unique and powerful software solution for automated manufacturing facilities.
Cons
The Company could use some better organization at times in terms of their software development timelines. It is difficult to project project completion dates, but it makes it even more difficult for sales to produce when they don't know when the product will be ready.
