Toxic people (mainly Germans) who like cronyism and don't value individual contribution. Thereby putting off current employees to even think about a promotion for their actual merit. People in Md7 only get promoted when you 'get on with the managers'. Also the so-called managers have never undergone management training, therefore they don't know how to treat their employees. Nobody is that place has any people skills. They even take on people without checking their references and NO background checks!!! They are desperate for German speakers and still treat them like they are worth less then them and wonder why their employee turnover is so high.

Low salaries for what you have to do. Core values are not taken seriously in the Dublin office, especially by upper management. The upper management is hardly around and don't know how to manage let alone motivate the staff. Extrem favouritism, if you are German and love football you are in.
